Novella Varzi has been named Country Manager of the Jeep brand in Italy. This is part of a more extensive reorganization of Stellantis Italia and a response to the many new challenges that arise because people's mobility needs constantly change.

Novella Varzi holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing from her time in increasingly senior roles at Fiat Group Automobiles, FCA, and now Stellantis, both at home and abroad. She also has a thorough understanding of the relevant networks.

Novella Varzi was in charge of the continent's most important markets. She then returned to Italy to run sales for the FIAT, Abarth, and Lancia brands in the Northwest. After that, she was in charge of the commercial vehicle division in the Netherlands and Belgium. Finally, she was in charge of sales for Alfa Romeo and Jeep before deciding to focus on the Jeep brand for the rest of her career.

Novella Varzi will help Jeep implement its strategy towards "Freedom with Zero Emissions" in a vital market like Italy, where Jeep is already the undisputed leader in the low-emission, full-electric, and plug-in hybrid car sectors and has a market share of over 4%.

Over 70% of Jeep SUVs in Italy are sold in electrified versions thanks to the 4x4 Plug-In Hybrid technology and the e-hybrid technology. The launch of the Jeep Avenger, the first 100% electric SUV, is very recent. And the brand recently announced its plan for global leadership in SUV electrification, which includes the introduction of four new all-electric models in North America and Europe by the end of 2025.

After achieving significant success as Jeep Italia Country Manager, Alessandro Grosso has moved on to become Sales Mainstream and Car Flow Manager, where Novella Varzi takes over.
