Alfa Romeo has won two design awards in the "Best Brands in All Classes" competition. The readers of the specialist magazine AUTO BILD voted Alfa Romeo the winner in the categories "compact car" and "middle class" in the design category. In recent years, the Italian brand has regularly been one of the winners of the study, in which the reasons for purchasing decisions are asked. More than 55,000 readers took part in the current survey.

"I would like to thank the readers of AUTO BILD for this verdict. To be voted number 1 in two categories out of 37 brands is once again very high praise for the designers at Alfa Romeo," commented Niccolò Biagioli, Brand Country Director at Alfa Romeo.

Alfa Romeo vehicle models are regularly among the major international design competition winners. For example, the design of the Alfa Romeo Giulia, developed in the in-house Centro Stile Alfa Romeo, was awarded the "Red Dot Award" and the "Compasso d'Oro," two of the world's most renowned design prizes. In addition, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, the brand's first SUV, won the "autonis" design award run by the "auto, motor und sport" automobile magazine.

The new Alfa Romeo Tonale PHEV, the brand's first hybrid vehicle, also collects trophies from design competitions. The compact SUV won the "Car Design Award" and was voted number 1 in the "Readers' Choice Design Award" by the British magazine Auto Express readers.
